Duties and Responsibilities:

Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter
Contact families within 48 hours of referral receipt to welcome them to Solace
Answer phones, text messages, emails to schedule initial evaluations and readmitted patients
Connect referrals with clinicians efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of customer service
Manage individual queue of patients
Complete Medicaid insurance verification and enter insurance information for incomplete charts received
Enter and maintain accurate information and communication notes in electronic medical record (EMR) and maintain confidentiality with protected health information (PHI)
Help children and families live their best lives
Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Preferred

Education and Experience:

High school diploma required
Must have experience entering data, sorting and formatting cells in Excel
2+ years customer service experience in a Medical office or similar.

Salary $21.00 - $23.00 hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
