Specialization Coordinator - Pediatric Healthcare

We are looking for superior customer service skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment for our Patient Access team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate customer service excellence in every encounter
- Process full and single caseload transitions avoiding services holds
- Serve as liaison to Community Centered Boards partners; register and schedule the Community Centered Boards patients
- Complete any merger and acquisition registration and scheduling
- Manage individual queue of patients
- Connect referrals with clinicians efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of customer service
- Help children and families live their best lives

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required
- Must have experience entering data, sorting and formatting cells in Excel
- 2+ years customer service experience in Medical office or similar.)
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) - Required
Salary $17.00 -$20.00 hour, Compensation dependent on experience.
